Kristin Molloy

Kristin Molloy is the Festival and Program Manager of the Athena Film Festival at Barnard College, where she has played a key role since 2015, initially joining as Operations Manager. With nearly 15 years of experience in operations, logistics, event and program management, Kristin has worked with a wide range of film festivals, theaters, and nonprofit organizations, including Rooftop Films, Slamdance Film Festival, and Montclair Film Festival.

Her background in Arts Management fuels her deep passion for building and nurturing communities through the shared experience of art in all its forms. Kristin brings a strategic, collaborative approach to her work, driven by a commitment to storytelling, equity, and creative expression.
