The story of gallery owner Bernice Steinbaum is a portrait of dedication as she helps women artists and artists of color gain recognition for their work in a world that ignored them.

Filmmaker Bio:
Sorge began her career as a journalist in television news production. She worked as a producer for BBC in both New York and Washington D.C., covering breaking news and current events from the economic recession to political elections. Sorge also worked on two specials for BBC’s international flagship series, Panorama, developing her skills as an investigative journalist and producer and covering topics such as the death of Michael Jackson and the Church of Scientology. In 2011, Sorge joined CNN’s primetime show, Piers Morgan Tonight.
