Barnard College sits in the media capital of world, so it’s not surprising that alumnae have achieved success in a variety of fields in the entertainment business. This panel will discuss what it takes to get to the top of these fields and ask are women as competitive in these fields as they can be? How we can help other alumnae and students break into the industry? Featuring Barnard alumnae who work in entertainment and media, this panel will focus on the nuts and bolts of creating a career in a notoriously difficult field for women, the different pressures women face in the industry, and how they can navigate to success.
