Synopsis: Umoja: No Men Allowed is the heartwarming story of women from the Samburu tribe in Kenya who turn age-old patriarchy on its head when they set up a women’s only village. Matriarch Rebecca Lolosoli brings together the exiled women who were beaten up by their abusive husbands. When the women start their own business, their success incurs the wrath of the men resulting in an unlikely gender war.
